OK I'm finishing up the stealth ram swap on my z28....its got ported 083 heads and the intake is also ported I have done every free mod possible and have a full exhaust.....I am doing a full tune up at the moment as well the cam is stock and I have a built transmission with a 2000 stall and a 4th Gen rear with 3.23 gears and auburn posi......also the car is a hardtop with no power options.....just wondering if you guys could tell me what to expect from this setup

no cam is going to keep your hp. down... had 383 hsr with 083 heads very well ported.... was able to get in the 12.5s....still no match for a good set of aftermarket heads..
260 to 285hp would be my guess. tuning will be an issue at some point
yea I'm getting a pcmforless tune and I just want to get the most out of the stock heads and can for now....I just want to crack 12s And hang with my cousins ls1 ws6
the tune is a may not be needed at this point.....what size injectors are you running?
Running 22# multecs.....I drove the car last night and it feels sluggish like its too rich so tonight I'm going to advance the timing a little since my fuel pressure is at 42 psi right now

Its a vortec 350 with stock can....I'm actually trying to best your 12.95 Orr
Add 1.6 rockers and dyno tune it/track tune it. Should beable to scoot 12's with enough converter/gear/good air.
did you have a stock converter when you ran those times?? I'm definitely getting 1.6 rockers when money permits
I ran comp magnum 1.6s which were 170 bucks back then. About an hr and I had them installed

I had an Edge racing 2800 stall in my car on DOT legal bias ply slicks and skinnies up front. Car was tuned very lean tho so it had more in it with more fuel. I think low 12.8s wasnt out of the question that day.
You need abit more converter to get down in the lower 1.7 high 1.6 60 foot range. I'd try the 2000 first but I doubt its gonna be enough.
