Got taught a lesson in cornering by a 355

Lately i seem to be saying the that its "turbo weather" with the cooler temps at night.Im seeing more boosted cars out cruising along..myself included.I attended my weekly weds classic car show.I wanted to walk around and record the cars for you guys but my only gopro batt died so I had to let it charge in the car im bad for keeping it ready to go..sorry.Anyways as I was on my way home(notice a trend on my way home I seem to get side tracked) I spot a crisp red 355 humming along.I had to try to have fun with the guy while i had very little battery on the gopro.I caught upto him and we played tag a little.Leading up to the highway he lets me know just how well an exotic machine..even of its age can carve turns with no effort.meanwhile Im on the edge of feeling those mickeys wanting to slide out during the on ramp trying to keep up...once I saw that straight path again..that 355 became a spec in the rear view.I dont consider this a race..or kill...just fun times where 2 very different class of cars and car guys enjoying themselves with mutual respect.he gave me a thumbs up as did I.

Nice setup Torched, what does it trap in the 1/4 mile?

BTW, are those two NB air/fuel gauges I see sweeping on your a-pillar...?

Re: Got taught a lesson in cornering by a 355

Hey Rob,

I am using 2 nb a/f gauges(driver side/passenger side)..it has been helpful in spotting when an o2 gets lazy sometimes. My wide band is on the far right side of the dash vent.

I have no recent track times due to being banned from the track.I need new floors and a cage

Cool, because if you didn't have one I was going to donate one to you, seriously. I use my EBL-P4 to watch and record boost, so the Autometer WB gauge I have is now useless to me. Just needs a new Bosch 02 sensor, but I have the gauge and wiring. Anyways I like what you did. You're pushing me to get the turbo back onto my car, as my wife convinced me to wait for the Winter and just enjoy the car naturally aspirated for now, but after seeing your vids, I really miss boost. You'd love it around my way though, can be extremely humbling, even with 600+RWHP. Street cars around here are honestly no joke...

Street cars here can be quite quick in Toronto. We got lots of well done imports..exotics and tons of boosted muscle..and your boosted ugly sleepers. You really cant judge a car from a distance anymore of what its packing for heat. I stay away from the street racing scene/meets as its drama bores me to death.Id rather cruise around and run random guys while out.I do get asked to run the car alot..it does have a small rep in my area now so trying to stay relatively low key lol.But this weekend should be fun for the last armdrop racing event.Ill have a few cameras out this time for multiple angles of my races.
