2009 Mustang v6 vs 1985 Camaro
My 85 Camaro against my friends 09 Mustang
Camaro
-350
-auto
-Edelbrock 1405 Carburetor
-Edelbrock dual plane intake
Bought it with the swap and I haven’t checked the tranny or gears, It’s also got 295s on the rear so I might grip easier
Mustang
-v6
-manual
-all stock

Too many variables. Go to a track and find out the simple way.

Both close to the same weight, so if you can surpass the rated 210 HP of the Mustang with your 350, depending on your gears, you might have a chance. Maybe.

I checked the engine code it’s T0209CRE, idk if I’m right or not but from what I found it’s rated at 300hp and tranny’s a th350

Re: 2009 Mustang v6 vs 1985 Camaro
The TH 350 has a 2.52 first gear vs. the 700r4's 3.06 which depending on your rear gear ratio, may hurt or help you on take off. With out knowing other factors like cam, compression ratio, head flow, it's hard to determine what you have. Just run them and find out. And then let us know what happened. Just don't get caught if you don't go to a track.

FTFY.
You run over someone at a track, there's a paramedic there to help them and you aren't liable.
You run over someone on the street while street racing and you lose your car, license, and go to jail.
Be safe + Be smart = enjoying your car longer than if you subtract either of those.
