I'm going with the mustang here, unless you think your car can run mid 15s. Is his a stick or auto. If his is stick I'd say hes good for a 15.3-15.8 and if its an auto i'd say 15.6-16.4, all depending on the driver.

Well....

You will get beat. Badly. I have a 2.8 liter camaro, and there's no way it could keep up with the newer 6 cylinder pony cars. Not a chance. I doubt they can run low 15's, especially since there 0-60 time is like 9.1. Remember though, your 2.8 probably runs low 17's. Just telling you the truth. Take a chance though, if he doesnt know how to drive, and its a short distance, you might win. You can rev it to 3000, let off the brake and slam the gas and get traction. He cant. You might take him if you can get the advantage off the line.

He'll kill you by at least 15 car lengths I would think. The new V6 mustangs aren't slow.
