Building make fun civic
I've been shoping around for a beater to get me to school and back in the winter and i happend across a 88 civic with new half shafts and good motor, crapy body though, all for a 150 bucks. Me and my friends thought it would be the perfect car to make into a rolling example of how stupid you can make these cars look.
We have decided to add a glass pack and a coffe can tip....litteraly were gonna paint a coffe can chrome and weld it on. Then add some "Newspeed" stickers made outta masking tape. Then comes the neon green paint.... Were thinkin freehand rally stripe and paint the mirrors and the whole undercarriage. Were also gonna stick a box of uncle bens haggin out the gas door.
If you guys have any other good ideas i'd love to hear about them.:sillylol:

I'm sure this will get closed due to non-thirdgen but Its funny enough to make me wanna reply.
Don't forget to add a seatbelt pad that says type-r on it! Hubcaps can look almost as good as rims too and they're only $20! Make sure they're lighter than the stock hubcaps though, that'll take a full .1 off your 1/4 mile. :lala: And DEFINATELY don't forget to take pictures of it!

At the moment it seems to have over used its bandwidth limits, but this should give you pleanty of ideas. BTW those $150 cars are the most fun ones, you do things that you would never in a car you care about.
Tip: to impress the onlookers put it in reverse, go as fast as you feel is appropriate, then put it in 1st, wind it up to red line (or more if you want to) and dump the clutch. See how long you can get the burnout to last in respect to time and # of gears used. Much fun
