Who has the fastest 3rd thats going to be at the meet Sept 21

I wouldnt mind having a run for the Ottawa boys here. Unless thats if i dont qualify being a 2nd gen....but i am in Ontario

Yeah, where did he go, anyways? I would love to see what he would run in the 1/4. He dynoed at 275 RWHP, I can't remember what his torque #'s were. It was pretty impressive. If he was to show up, I might even let him borrow my K&N's

 

If it wasn't for his rev limiter he could have gone 325 hp maybe.. his hp curve wasn't close to letting off when the rev kicked in...

Hey, since there are obviously guys with faster cars then others, what's the point beating us down. I know a guy with a T/A, can run 11.70's all day. What fun would he have?

Me personally, I'm not going to beat anyone, I am just curious as to what times I can get.Hell, Paul could probabley kick my a$$ I am going just for a laugh, just don't be surprised if you see an '87 T/A listed in the classifieds afterwards

 

We need some faster cars out... at the last drag day, I was the fastest 3rd gen from our site which is pretty bad... you know what I got Carm. I'm hoping to break into the 13s on the 21st... maybe hang with some stock 4th gens.

 

The best I'll be able to run if I'm lucky is a 15.551 with a 305 TPI. Now go ahead, have your laughs. I respect that. It's cool.

I hope to get a few mods done before the 21st to see what the best time possible is for my car without having to do any mods to the engine itself. After that, over the winter I hope to swap in my 350 with hedders and cam.

I'm going to be there. Not that I'm the fastest 3rd gen around but I can get in the high 13's with decent weather. That is definately more than enough to hang with the 4th gen guys.

I'm getting new DR's soon and recently I put on some LCA's and relocation brackets. Wheelhop should be all gone.

Can't wait to see everyone there.
