Yeah I've seen that before. The Car Math stuff is pretty cool.

 

These things are terrible... they dont' take anything real into account like torque converters, gears, traction, air conditions, and all the other factors of racing.

According to this, my car weights 3100lbs to make 163hp and an 88mph pass. I happen to know my 4th gen with my 220lb butt in it weighs more like 3500lbs

It did come close on my 1/4 mile time...actually right on.

Way off calculating hp as well.

Might as well buy a g-tech

 

I tried it with Jason's time slips and got two very different answers for the same runs using weight and ET it said 249 hp and using weight and Miles per hour it said 298 hp for the same run

I guess its ok plus or minus 50 horsepower.

I agree, there is a lot of missing factors. I just liked the site bacause you could get rough figures and stuff that I would normally have no clue how to figure out on my own.
