Same for me as for the research....I figure it should be no problem, especially since I am a "Research Analyst"

I think asking people what they would pay before its worked out would be too early. It all depends if its like glossy pro printed stuff or some did it on their printer with glossy paper. What about doubling the height of the paper and printing multi pages (would work out to 4 pages worth) on one piece then stapling it all together. Depending on how much it costs to print I think 10-20 bucks would be fair. Dont forget we dont want it so high that it drives away any american orders cause I think they too would be interested in buying an all 3rd gen calender.

One thing to keep in mind is that you can actually get some very good quality pics from a good quality home inkjet printer and a good photo paper (provided the pics are a decent resolution)

....James, I dont know why I didnt think of this before but a) I work for HP and work very closely with our Ink and Paper business manager (so I am 100% sure he can float me some free supplies, hopefully nobody from work is on here) and b) My buddy Trevis his stepdad is a Printer, and i am also 100% sure that he can help us out/adivse us as to how to get it printed ($hit he may even be able to do it for us)....so I think we have the production taken care of once it is done etc....anyways lets talk

Research I mean by historical. Find out what happened on each calender day. Not every single day but you know what I mean. The first time Pontiac Trans Am?Camaro was designed, first production date, milestone dates, last day of production(sniff). Catch my drift? New models introduced. All that kind of stuff. So this way, along with all the holidays, we will write a key event on a calender date. I hope I made sense cause I just got confused

Tanager11 - this is my concern. Paper quality. If your friends Stepdad can use the same paper that's used for calendars, hard, smooth, glossy finish. You know which ones I'm talking about?? If he can get that than that's great! We'll have production covered. First confirm the paper quality than we'll talk cost.

James

This idea has been thrown around under the "T-Shirt" board at the top of the message board. If this is just for Ontario, that's kinda cool, a little Ontario pride. Well count me in folks. I'll take care of the hot, barely clothed chicks to drape over our cars, and maybe do a little "couch casting" to see which ones would be worthy. Even though strippers are "strippers", I don't think we should count them out. They are people too, and there are some f*cking HOT stage ****** out there guys.
But seriosly guys, there will be chicks stradling these rides right???

UHMMM Well, I guess from a GUYS perpsective that would be cool but my intentions for this calendar was with good taste and even though yes, good hot strippers are good taste I, we, have to keep in mind that there are a few ladies on this board. For now, no. But if I were to include hot chicks than that would call for a second calendar and believe me, those "strippers" would be stripped for each shot .

I'll keep you mind as a contact.

No skanky beotches are gonna drape their crotch cricket-laden bodies my car! If you want a slutty calender, buy one. There are millions of them around. I think most of us here want a calendar that features our cars, not some dim-witted, silicone-filled peeler in a thong. Just my two cents.

Sorry Tracy. Just having some guy fun. Besides, this is a calendar for everyone. Something like that would be completely seperate and for the selective group. Ah shoot! What am I saying. It's only for fun.

OKAY!! Listen up! I have an up-date!! How much are we honestly willing to spend on a calendar?? Remember, there's no mark up or anything. Just cost. The most it will cost is $30 for one. Cheaper depending on the number of prints obviously. If we go with a calendar with bindings it will cost half as much as it would to use one sheet and fold it over with staples in the middle. I hope I made sense.

I'm going to ask Paul to start a poll.

Hey, right on, I see 88 has a good sense of humor. My hat's off to you, you see the fun in my comments, and don't take them seriously.

My Dad was a pro photographer for a while I will see if he is interested in taking the pictures for us. BUT I know him and if he says yes it will have to be done somewhere around Brampton
(he does not like to travel) He knows a lot of good spots around here.

You are a sick, SICK man Stiffler!!!

I've noticed in the other thread that people seem to only be interested if their car is in the calendar, and I dont' think that's a bad thing...

I have a suggestion for making the most people happy as possible...

Make one of the months a group shot with as many of the cars out as possible.. perhaps at the big event at Sparta which draws the most Ontario thirdgens out.

Make the group shot one months' selection and then EVERYONE will be able to see their car in the calendar...

??

Now were really on the same page. Good thinking. I was going to use this year's Sparta event. I think next year we'll make one day a group photo day and use that shot as our cover. As for the back page, outside cover, we'll include some candid shots of the other cars that didn't make the cover page. I don't know. We'll think of something.
