Gauge Pods
You have to remove the a- pillar from the car then you take and drill 2 big holes in the center of it for the wires to run down through then you take and drill 4 small holes, one in each corner of the gauge pod and a pillar then they give you 4 push pins that you can only use one time so make sure you get it where you want it..... it is actually really easy to install, the hardest part is running all the wires, i will be taking mine back out because i got an autometer mechanical oil pressure gauge and it is leaking inside of the gauge. Its not hard at all and i think it looks pretty slick.
check out this thread.... maybe you can pm that guy and find out if he ever found one

The stock tach and the aftermarket 5 inch auto meter are within 100 rpms of each other they are pretty much the same... as for the other gauges i dont have my oil pressure or temperature hooked up to the stock gauges they are ran to my A pillar gauges, i did not want to trust the stock ones for that... ive heard some stories about camaro gauges not being very accurate.. i actually have a friend who blew up his 383 becasue someone pulled his drain plug and he didnt realize he had lost oil prussure so thats another good thing about them being right up in your face you never miss them.
