2003 TOA Racing/Dyno Competition

Paul/John - can you two organize a compettion for our Ontario Board?? Organize track and dyno events. We can use the winners as some of our calendar selections. Let's turns things up a notch this year. Enough talk.....let the racing begin!!!

This should encourage more tech topics so to please the forums rules.

I know it's dry season right now but if we were to make the year a little more exciting, I think people will be more than encouraged to start posting about tech related topics. Prizes will be bragging rights for the upcoming winter and automatic entry into our first calendar which will have 4 months reserved for event winners.

I'm not asking to make this a sticky rather a notice to the group and maybe an advance to put something togethor. Paul, I believe you may have already started something. Yes/No??

If this is not tech related than my apologies.

Most interesting AND useful mod award? hehe

Note: that other stipulation knocks Alex out of the running for sure

Back to the topic at hand, I don't see any reason why we can't have a friendly competition. I will be organizing a Dyno Day in the spring, so if you want to use that day to start things off, no problem. I think that it will be an all day event, from the input that I have recieved already. As long as the shop is willing to do it.

I'm looking forward to getting to the track with you guys this spring/summer to lay some good ET's down and to check out the other cars.
I'd make the trip from Ottawa for a drag day.
Any plans there yet, are we still piggybacking off the TFBM days?
