Don't drink and drive...

Don't drink and drive or you'll be giving your car a ******* everytime you want it to do anything.

Eves government moves to improve road safety in 2002

As of December 23, 2002, six
service centres across the province were up and running to install ignition
interlocks. An ignition interlock is an in-car alcohol breath-screening device
that prevents a vehicle from starting if the driver has been drinking. It is
located inside the vehicle, near the driver's seat, and is connected to the
engine's ignition system. Before starting the vehicle, a driver must blow into
the device. The vehicle will not start if the device detects alcohol.
Convicted drunk drivers who are eligible to have their licences reinstated
must have the device installed in any vehicle they operate.
altho I'm sure many of you like your cars enough that you would consider your relationship with it intimate I don't think you really want to go this far.

I must say that this device really wouldn't be all that hard to defeat. I mean all you'd need is a 1 or 2 psi air pump to blow into the thing that you could hookup to your cigarette lighter.

Eventually you will have to have one of those in your car whether or not you've been convicted for DWI.

This has already been suggested by one of those asswipe lobby groups that the government is afraid to say no to.

reallly to me the drinking and driving part of the article was of no importance. I just thought the breathalizer hooked up to the ignition was hilarious tho. I mean if this isn't the most impractical idea I've ever heard... would be hilarious to see someone blowing into one before having to start their car tho. Would help to prevent theft of your car from drunken thieves also
