thirdgen wheel wells
didn't want to search the topic. too lazy
I've been thinking of getting my GTA's wheels replaced since they're mostly rotted out and have some huge gashes.
what would a job like that go for?. get both cut and new metal welded in.
I want to save the car since most of the body is still in good shape.
and she's a DSM killer and I can't give that up

We have several DSM's around here that would seriously smoke just about everything on this site. Well, as long as they're not broken.

Funny thing is, that is the way I rate cars. Thirdgen drivers shouldn't talk **** about the build qaulity of imports especially DSMs which are pretty decent cars until you start to stress the weak points. Whatsamatter, been owned by a Talon/Eagle/Laser too many times?

laser ahahahahahahahahah
And what do you mean third gen owners shoudlen't talk **** about reliablity issues? I would slap my SBC against any DSM in a reliablilty contest most of those garbage mitsu motors have major design flaws. If you like DSM's so much why are you here? go blab about your torqueless crankwalk somewhere else.

I do like DSMs. Most car guys do. They're great performers. My sister had an AWD turbo Laser. It was a sweet car.
LOL@"torqueless crankwalk", I like that one.
Dude, i'm not gonna argue with you unless you pull yourself together. Go have a shower, slap yourself a few times, **** on an electric fence, do what ya gotta do. But don't post incoherant monkey speak, please.

WRX, 230 hp, 195 trq, 2450 pnds, 5 speed and allwheel drive. this car makes me drool. sorry, i think somebody is jealouse or just not lookin at the big picture. they have lots of nice cars. Mitsubishi eclipse gts is sweet also. I have a buddy who owned a 91 civic hatch with about 5000$ in engine and suspention mods and that car was way to fun to drive. And the car had over 245000kms on the engine and it ran like a champ. I think they have better made engines as well. More tolarance when they are built = longer life. I don't know, am i wrong? I don't think so when i say they have nice cars that i would SINK money in like i did my IROC.

It's "econo box", asshat. I was curious to know what an "ecno box" is. Now I know
You're ignorant and i'm sorry I wasted my time arguing with you. You're just one of those bitches that pisses on the cars that are faster than yours which happen to be all of them probably. If you can't run with the big dogs, make fun of them, right? Wrong. Get a clue, get a car, and get yer head out of your ***. Thirdgens are poorly made, and poorly engineered. But I still love them.
I'm not gonna respond to this one again because this is the **** that keeps people from posting here. You can continue to try and express your ignorance with words if you'd like. But I expect that your feable mind would be better served with a pack of crayons and a piece of construction paper.
Goodnightnow,
Paul
P.S I don't really give a damn about DSMs. It's just that the pearl harbour garbage you dropped was irresistible. Sorry.
