Thanks Daz

this engine will have 400 crank reground to fit 350 block and no Fluid damper. I guess I will just use a good stock style damper.

my stock style damper lasted me 3 summers..(6500 RPM runs).ATI torsional dampers are getting great reviews by a lot of 10 sec cars though..$$$

I've been using a Streetdampner on my 383 (externally balanced 4130 forged steel Eagle crank) for 2 years, and this is my 3rd year on a fresh motor, i've had no problems.

its the non-forged that people are having problems with..Scat9000 is not forged
