As for the gathering on the 14th we have over 30 people coming now, the more the marrier. I realize it will be a long hual for you all up around the Ottawa area, so I would suggest maybe making a night of it at one of Niagara Falls wonderfull hotels. It will be great to get to put some faces to all these names. Hope to see you there.

I don't have the car out yet. I just added a bunch of stuff to it and am waiting on some heads. Around middle of the month it should be done. Then I'll be out.

Ok guys, we should try to get together sometime later in the month at a cruise night or something??

I'm still hammering out new insurance on the wheels. Do you guys know anyone that uses Lant - Silver Wheels??

I was at the stock car races out in Stittsville last night. They put in a new drag strip there. The concrete launch pad is down with the barriers for the first ~200ft or so with 1st layer of asphalt down for about 1/4 mile. THey are either going to run 1/8th races or aren't done with the run-off yet.
Would be messy hitting dirt at 100++ MPH!!!

Hopefully we can meet up soon.

Hey Acceld..what's the eta on the new wheels??

Neil, the car needs about 2 good weekends worth of work. Then it will need to be tuned. But first I need to spend some more money

I hope there's something next year because that's the only time I can come out. Debt and car problems have set me back like mad.

Next year I should have enough for a New IROC-Z. the GTA needs to get retired.

Have fun dudes!.

get lots of pictures

Hey 91wtROH17's

For sure you should check out the 6speed I have in there. Its been in for about 3 years without any problems. Its not that hard to install. The hard part is finding a decent trans.

I'll shoot a post up when I get out to a cruise night, maybe next weekend or something...

6speed, that sound's great! I know what you mean, I find it real tough to find 3-4gen part's period around here. I will definetly show up to the meet, thanks.

I'll hopefully be getting the SC painted within July so I can have it for August/September/October. Hopefully I will see you guys out there at some point.

Oh it is coming along slowly but surely. I have done some port work on those heads but going to wait until I get some headers and exhuast to install them. Maybe wait until the car leavs smog tests... in I think 2 years. Port them a little more and go for a bit more radical intake/cam combo.

My ideas for the car keep shifting though. Half the time i want to put money into lowering the ETs and half the time I think about setting it up for autocross. But I'll settle for just having it up and running and looking good... actually scratch that. What is the point of having a Camaro if it is just gonna be moderately fast. Gotta go for the extreme!

Hehe

How are you doing? What happened to you Z combo? Ditched the SuperRam?

Too bad about the SupreRam man... John Ligenfelter. Anyone know if he has come too?

I put all the go-fast parts into the GTA for last summer. I started taking them out tonight, heheh. Mr. Lingenfelter is still in a coma, and sadly, he's expected to stay there.

I hope to see you out on the road this summer.
