Lower control arm bushings

Transmission: 5 Speed
Lower control arm bushings
ok replaced my lower control arm bushings, and now the car's front end is sitting to high, so i loosen the bolts up put a jack under it and jacked it up , tighten the bolts, damn things is still too high.....any ideas..?

check to be absolutely certain the bottom of the spring is properly seated in the control arm. There is a little pocket for the end of the spring, if it is not aligned when you put it back in, it will hold the spring up considerably. New bushings definitely won't change ride height.

old bushings may cause sag in the front so trhe new bushings might bring it up to specs not normally seen on third gens? i put new springs in when i did my bushings cause i found that both my spring were broke on the bottom ring hehehe. makes sense doesn't it?
