Okay okay, not exactly what you had in mind... But hey, with so many guy picking up 4th gens lately, I thought I'd take some pics of mine.

Bonus points if anyone can ID the rims.

Right on the money. The kit was originally a fwd New Beetle. I added a second tranny and motor, widened it a bit with parts from other kits, and kept the VW rims. It's still a little narrow but hell, I think the VW rims look pretty good on the T/A.

Those are pegs that hold the body on the chasis

Yep, those are the body mount posts. Two in the front, two in the back.

Don't mind the dark spot on the hood, that's where the front gearcase has been rubbing against the paint.
