what tool do i get and how?

i have a bolt that is striped and i really need it off. what tool do i need to get to get it off. this is the bolt holding the hatch glass so i need to do this with care. can someone please tell me how and what tool i need to get. i made a pic below..
in a older post someone said drill it out, how would i do that?

grab a drill bit .... that is close to the size of the bolt .... and drill 'r out


sounds like your only option ........ but I would approach a body shop just to see if they have had any experience with doing this ...... there might be a tool

Grind thru the nut with a Dremel and cutoff wheel. Or, I have used a nut splitter( Sears has them) with mixed results. Usually I use the splitter, mangle the nut and then use the Dremel to finish. Worst was a lug nut

Something to be aware of -- I read somewhere that if you overtighten the bolts holding the rear glass the window will shatter as in explode. So you might want to follow up on this issue.

thanks, i am gunna go check out some body shops and see what they say, proplem is i just cant bring the hatch and ask them to do it for me, its to big. nothing is ever easy is it.lol
