Finally, after 4, count 'em 4 weeks, my new rubber & rims have been installed. I had to order them custom as the manufacturer does not make them in chrome & of course they were delayed & it seemed like they'd never come. But I got 'em now, & damn they do look good, if I say so myself.
If anyone's interested the stats are are follows:
ROH RT's chrome dipped
Front 17x8 - 245/40/17
Rear 17x9 - 275/40/17

Looks great! I'm not a fan of "face mounted" wheels... but those look good. Do they require adaptors?

No adapters . The pic kinda sux, and I have clear markers now too. Nice rims!! I am selling mine soon for some 18'' Boyds, I need a dished rim.

 

what was the cost of those rims if you don't mind me asking?

 

wanna trade? what size are they? i want new ones but they arent in the budget...specially with the new motor and air bag suspention to be done over the winter...meh...maybe next year..



but i love the look of chrome..not fussy on the style but chrome is the way to get noticed...
