Getting rid of my 92 RS V8

The car has 280,000kms on it.The oil pan is rotten but i patched it with fiberglass.Tranny was rebuilt by previous owner "have record".The car runs smooth but leaks oil.The bad the floor pan on the drivers side is toast ,could be fixed but i dont have the time or money. The passenger side floor pan is starting to rust and has a few holes. The car is a hard top with iroc hood and foglight grill.Has a muffler elminator with dual boom tubes. The paint sucks and there are sand marks all over the car.It has some exterior rust but no holes.Has all power options besides pwr locks.Has a/c and working cruise.I just put 2 brand new dunlop tires on the rear and a set of used tires on the front. The brakes are good as well as e-brake.Tinted windows.front chin spoiler is busted.Other then the floors the underbody has no holes. The starter sticks once and a blue moon but works again when shutting the ign off.I was going to keep all the 92 stuff (ground fx ,hood bumpers" and bolt it on a older z28.

I want $800 for the complete car

or $400 for a running chassis,no hood,shirts bumpers, no interior.No duals.

An evil doer a few years back punched 3 holes in my oil pan. Instead of pulling it, I JB wielded it. Hasen't leaked in that area since. Will have to pull it one of these days tho, rear main is leaking.

Yes. Remember that demented mechanic named Bob that I mentioned to you that messed up every part of the GTA he touched? It was him tho I never let him touch my car, he must have reached under with something pointy and poked the holes while I wasn't right there to see him do it. He has done simular things to other people too.

The main problem with the deal is A this is the worst possible week for me.

B: its not going to benefit me much just keep the hood without the 92 body panels. The whole point of even parting the car is so that i can transfer the body onto a 1984 z28 I was going to buy.

Since Ive been trying to reach you since yesterday Ill just post it here

The Bad
1)1 square foot hole on driver and 1'x6" hole on the passenger side

2)Part of the front chin spoiler has broken off

3)Rust under the doors, behind the warping GFX,wheel wells..all around..The rattle can paint over job is showing too

4)The smoke on startup

5)Smoke coming out of behind the engine(i didnt look closer)

6)Rough running engine/missing coolant,

The Good
1)The dash looks ok although the console is apart

2)The rear bumper cover and tailights looks ok

3)The seats look clean

I didnt test drive the car so I dunno about the transmission. I think youre better off selling it to somebody else since the most I would pay for this car is $350 and thats with everything thats there. Thanks for your time though

haha clown.Good luck with that CD player.Look at it now and see how it looks like.THe console was ripped off, and the carpet pulled up.THe rear plastic panels have grease all over. The door gfx mounting has major rust through it.If you think that th e post was a flame then so be it. Ive been trying to contact him but no responses.I left him my home and cell numbers just so I can tell him my reason for not wanting it.

How about a closer picture preferrably the passenger side lol..You were trying tosell it for $400 with nothing left but a shell. So iasked if you could leave the bumper and hood for an extra $100.You also didnt mention that for the whole car it will include a couple of amps(PPI/MTX),an MP3 player and 12" polk audio subs.Youre lucky to get any kind of money for it..

BTW that wasnt my wife.It was actally a friend at a party..lolol..People were listening to you when you answered the phone then got silent..hahahaa

read the first list..some of his descriptions are wrong...hows that?

If the "car runs smooth" I wouldve bought it for asking price.Engine misses/shakes on idle..lol.Did you read that part or was his *** in the way?

By the way what is your arguement? ..thought so.

Youre the one who brought his description in the mix thats why it was mentioned. A smooth running car is still a smooth running car if youre talking about a car's value.IT seems like youre in in love with his car so why didnt you buy it?Yes the issue is rust..More than how it was described. THe subject here is these are the reason why I wont buy his car. I dont want to get his expectations up. This was this last week not last month so shut your Schlitz stinking mouth cause you dont know what youre talking about. BTW how has he been treating you lately?..bwhahaha

Is that turd going to be put back on the road? It's a good thing I live a good ways away. I'd hate to encounter that rolling violation on one of our nation's fine roadways.

Send them this way then. We can slap a couple of Z28 emblems on and sell em' for $500. Don't remove the tab on the top, thats the most valuable part.

Need a catchy name like Tin Can Camaro Imports or something like that and we are all set.
