Early Birds in Toronto isn't really a thirdgen supplier, but they're a Classic Industries dealer and you can try getting them to order you a headliner. They've done it with Nova parts for a friend of mine.
but, they can be pricy to deal with.
With the can$ being as strong as it is, try 1Aauto Shop for Chevrolet Camaro Headliners at 1A Auto they have it and it is reasonably cheap... I've bought a lot of parts from them for GM cars - not the best quality, but close, especially for the money.
I wonder if GM still stocks it?

It is made of Hard Plastic with Leather, rather than cheap cardboard and felt material.
Give it a try man.

Try Paradise Alley (www.paradisealleyauto.com). They are in Toronto. Some guy have found them expensive but I have not and they have a good selection and good quality for used parts.

Fix your old one with fiberglass resin. Layer it on as needed. For areas that are really bad. Use fiberglass filler on the back side and spread it out nice and flat. Then goto apple auto glass and get some headliner material.

headliner
Hey there,
I just replaced my headliner this summer. I bought it from Year one. It came with the foam backing on the material. All I did was remove the board (of course). Scrape off the old foam with a wire brush and spray on some glue from the automotive section in Crappy tire and place the new headliner on. Just press it down wait for it to dry, cut out the sections with a sharp box cutter and presto! You have yourself a brand new car! Well almost anyway... The Year one kit comes with new sail panel and sunvisor material as well. It's really nice stuff and it didn't cost a whole lot either. My 10 cents for this year.

Contact Jason Bowen at Trim Tech in Oshawa . He gets the ABS plastic ones and material as well. I've seen him install one in a T-roof Camaro and it looked great!
He did the bolster on my seat last year and this year my headliner is next on the list (I have a T-roof car).
