Hey guys, as most have the cars out by now we should try and get a meet set-up..

I think a Tuesday night cruise in Kanata would be good or a meet and cruise up to Luskville for a test and tune evening to flog the cars a bit.

I might be there. Still trying to elimate a few noises in the car, and clean it up, but i am on the road. So we shall see...

 

Haven't even given it a thought about the car. Seems like I'm still having nightmares, I wake up still shoveling. What a long winter.

I finally got the IROC out this past week. It NEEDS to get to the strip for some timeslips with the new goodies from last year. I have a set of GSC's on the back on a second set of wheels...they are a joke in 1st and 2nd.

Also looking forward to seeing the 6speed bird out..

Ill be at hazeldean and albion on tuesday and wednesday respectively, weather pending next week (27th and 28th of May).

Well, I took next week off work for vacation. I've been told that the motor should be good to go on Monday morning so I'll be picking it up then, and dropping it in during the week. With any luck, this SOB will be back on the road full time by June 1st.

 

Ya, no bites on the drags. Maybe we can pull something together for later in the summer.

I won't be out for any cruise nights this week...too much on the go.

I went a couple weeks ago (May 27th) to the hazeldean cruise. I saw 3 thirdgens i think? Red Z/28 and a White Z/28 an another Red Z/28. Anybody here own these cars??

I was near the entrance to the parking next to the black grand national. The car is in for a repaint, so i wont be back out till after the weekend after Canada Day.

I plan to be out to the shows next week when the rain stops. Both Hazeldean and Rideau Carleton Raceway. Dont know what ill be going in. Possibly a Blue 66 4door Chevelle, or maybe a Black 69 Cutlass, or maybe a Blue 1983 Grand Prix.

 

I should be firing the car up this weekend. So if no leaks or anything else, I should be out putting some miles on her soon enough. I was hoping to have it broken in for the dyno day to see what kind of numbers it would put down, but I guess I'll have to pay for my sessions later on.

 

Anyone up for Kanata this Tuesday?
