Hey guys i just found the ontario section ive been reading through everybodies threads its great to see everybodies cars .
Well to the point i have a project car ive been working on for 2 years now
totall refurb body is done and painted what a nightmare long story, tranny 700r4 is done stage 2 good for 600 hp motor just finished carbed 383 dynoed at 506hp/530trq im going to put the tranny and motor in during the christmas holidays. The big question is the interior give me some ideas my car is black i would like red high lights and black interior.
From the ground up i want it quit inside, stereo,leather seats
any ideas would be great

I'd keep it stockish so... those bright ideas you were having about stitching bright red flames into your camouflage seats or putting the word "Camaro" on every square inch possible... you can throw those ideas out the window!

Welcome to the board! Put SFC's in the car if you are going to make that kind of power.

For interior, I guess it all depends on what you have available to you. Black on red is sharp, but trying to mix the two inside might be tough and keep it looking slick. I would probably try to do a mix of the two. Here's what I'm thinking, assuming you have access to both black and red parts. I would go with black plastics as the base. Do a red carpet, red console, red speaker inserts and black door panels with red door panel inserts. Do black seats, and I guess you could pipe them in red if you felt so inclined. I'm trying to picture it in my head. Doesn't look too bad.
