front license plates
is it legal to put the front license plate in the front window i hate it on the nose

Hmmmm... I haven't ever attached my front plate. Didn't know it was illegal. As far as I know there aren't even any mount points for a front plate ?

it's illegal to not have it on. i took a warning two weeks ago for not having a front plate. it would have been $110 if i was charged. can't say about having it in the window though.

I have heard that it has to be at the front most part of your vehicle... So I was told by the OPP 5 years ago...

As far as I know it's illegal...But I still have mine in the front window. I don't mind it on the nose, but I like it much better without it.

i KNOW its illegal and i KNOW its a $110 fine. I got that ticket the same time I got one for $170 for a radar detector this spring. My plate was in the front windshield but according to the law it has to be in the FACTORY mounting location.
