Air Foil Question

I was wondering if gasket sealant is needed for the gasket on the top of the throttle body. I wasn't sure, because there is not liquid passing through there, so I didn't know if it would matter.

Nope. It's a dry seal. Just snug it down (don't overtighten: aluminum..).
