Cut the bottoms off the air boxes, run some 4" dia. flex Al tubing from inside the air boxes behind the cross piece and in front of the radiator to behind the fogs. Cost about $10 and does the job.
Do a search for ideas on how to incorporate a scoop behind the fogs if you want one; else just use the fog light mounts to hold the tubing in place. It should be worth 0.5-1mph in the 1/4mi.
I've been running it on the IROC for >4yrs and no water pickup problems either.

Yup. The only hard evidence collected so far between stock and homemade cold air shows stock winning or a tie.
The ram air mod that jim goes over is pretty common and a lot of folks show gains. It's cheap and only uses the cars stock openings so it looks good.
