Gas Tank Pressure.

Is it normal for my gas tank to have alot of pressure relieved when i take the gas cap off. It makes a loud ppssshhhh sound.

And another thing. I put 24 lb injectors on and the fuel pressure dropped 10 poundds. From 45 to 35.

The pressure on the gas tank is normal. The gas tank cap together with the charcoal canister are meant to reduce the release of gas vapors for smog control. BTW, always release the pressure slowly.
On the injector issue, since the injectors are larger and flow more fuel you will get a reduction in fuel pressure. The increase in flow could lead to a rich fuel/air ratio that the ECM cannot compensate for if it does not have a custom PROM. It's about the same as raising the pressure too high with an AFPR.
For a 305 you could have easily retained the 19 lbs/hr injectors if you were producing up to about 355 HP.
