Ok, I got a question. What do you do if you snapped one of the little torx heads off the bolt when attempting to remove the IAC housing??

Take all the others out and remove the housing. You should have a stud left standing (hopefully). I'd heat the stud and attempt removal with vice grips. If not, you could probably get by without one of the torx screws. If you do get a vacuum leak, time to drill and tap some threads.

Where could I get replacement screws that small? Would I have to go through GM?

My screws snapped off to. What i did was pull the rest out...pryed the housing off carefull, took some vice grips and pulled the rest out but one that broke clean off. I just got all new gaskets cleaned it real well and put it back together with new a new screw kit from GM. I did the Coolent bypass so im hoping everything will be kewl. The Screw kit from GM comes with all the screws for the TB and cost about $24 with tax...same with the gaskets too...Good luck
