IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE THAT HAS THE MINIRAM AND CAN TELL ME ANY USEFUL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT IT? I WAS LOOKING INTO BUYING ONE, AND I WOULD LIKE SOME "INSIDE KNOWLEDGE". ANY INFO IS APPRECIATED.

Some inside knowledge is probably that the Miniram saw its day come and go.

The LT1 intake is the same thing, and literally a grand less, then there is the stealth ram if you want to be on the "cutting edge" It just came out and it'll probably give even the minram a run for its money.


Considering the HP an intake is responsible for vs say heads the minirams price is way out of its league.

YEAH, I DID SEE THE EXTREME PRICE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO, HOWEVER, ALL THAT I READ ABOUT THIS MINIRAM ARE HORROR STORIES ABOUT HAVING TO ALTER THE MANIFOLD AND GRINDING THINGS OFF, NOT TO MENTION THE QUESTION ABOUT HOOD CLEARANCE. I DON'T PLAN ON CHANGING MY HOOD, SO I'VE GOT TO HAVE SOMETHING THAT'LL FIT!...I ALSO HAVEN'T HEARD ANY NEWS ON POWER INCREASE WITH IT EITHER. I'D LIKE A NEW INDUCTION, BUT I HAVE TO KEEP IT ON THE MILD SIDE BECAUSE I DON'T PLAN ON PUTTING IN A CAM OR CHANGING HEADS. LET ALONE ALL THE TRANNY AND REAR-END MODS I'D HAVE TO MAKE TO HANDLE THAT MUCH OF A HP INCREASE. ANY SUGGESTIONS? I WAS LOOKING AT THE EDELBROCK INTAKE/RUNNER COMBO BUT A FEW PEOPLE I HEARD FROM, WERE'NT HAPPY WITH THAT EITHER.
