lt1 intake swap complete, but

as it says the swap is done and works great, but there is a problem with how it idles. The speed doesnt adjust right and it idles rough compared to before, and i was wondering if it was because i relocated the manifold air temp sensor to the rubber air duct (since i didnt see a place for it on the new manifold) between the MAF and throtle body, if there is a vacum leak can it cause this. Any help or recomendations would be great.

The idle can be tuned via chip programming. If your running the stock prom the computer is most likely very confused right now.
