Small mod to induction

My buddy tolf me he bought a lil plate thing that went in between the two throttly holes. It screws right in and adds hp because it makes the air induction more smoother and cost about $50. Anybody else hear of this before.

It's called an air foil. Do a search on the boards as there is an abundance of info out there.
