I was going to make something like that to get over the very long tubes of the ltr setup.
I have also seen the basicly same setup but he used the stock plenum but made covers for the long tube setup and milled the bottom of the thing flat and put the holes for the air to flow into the base.

There's a thread on corvetteforum.com about that too. Another alternative might be to use the plenum from the street & Performance big block setup. It looks just like a stock TPI plenum, except that it sits on top of a Tunnel Ram EFI base.
