JB weld. The AFPR that came with my fuel rails was JB welded and it works so far so good.

Yep, J.B. Weld will fix anything.

What about if you no longer have the fitting? When it broke it was lost, how can I go about fixing that?

A piece of brass tubing of the right size and J.B. Weld to hold it in place. Or just buy another adjustable FPR.

What about an AN fitting? Altough I don't think they come in a small enough size, I'll have to look around at work tommorrow (one plus to working on airplanes free fittings)

nope. even a -2 AN fitting (smallest made) will be way too big. Go to your local hobby store and get some 1/8" ID hard brass tubing, I fixed my PEDEs valve with that and some J.B. Weld about 10 years ago and it still works
