Headers and CamShaft, which Brand is most Realiable and most HP add

hey again, i know alot of u guys have experience with switching out ur headers and cams for aftermarket ones and i was just looking for some input on which brands or types would make and let me feel the biggest difference and that people on here know are reliable so plz post ur opinion

Reliable in what sense.... I've never seen a cam crack in half in the block, and valvetrain reliablility will be subject to component quality and cam profile. The more radical the cam lift, the more likely you are to bust something up at high RPMs.....

well since you have a stock tpi you don't want to go with too big of duration. I would go with comp cams CCA-08-302-8. That seems to be a good running cam that can easily pass emissions. It sorta depends what you goals are for this car. A good brand of headers is SLP. I have them on my car and they are great. A little on the expensive side of headers but i didn't know of any 1-3/4" shorties other than SLP.
