Fast Idle

My 91 350 Idle's around 2500 when she's warm. I have changed the chip and I put the stock one back in and no difference. I'm clueless what this could be

Could it be a bad sensor?

I try to set minium air (IAC) and set your TPS. There is a tech article on this.

Also is there any codes beign set? I know mine would idle high because of the CTS sensor.
