fuel pressure regulator

hey, if i have pretty much no mods on my car do you think that an adjustable fuel pressure regulator would be a good idea..im not racing or anything, i need it for everyday stuff...trying to find cheap mods that result in hp that i can do myself....pros and cons?

TTT, i'm interested in this as well, obviously it wouldn't provide a HP increase but would it be a valuable upgrade?
