afr flow numbers today

For those of you that remember I am doing a 355 with afrs and a stealth ram. I flowed the stealth ram at 350cfm abaout 2 weeks ago. I flowed my heads today and out of the box they flowed 259 at .550in lift on the intake and the exh. was at 176 at .550.. not to bad for out of the box. I also noticed that they are using differnet valves now. I have had 3 sets of afrs. This my third that I flowed. It was the best out of the box on the exhaust. They now use a manley intake valve and a rev exh. valve thats been rolled back... cant complain. I am going to have them cleaned up to get the ridges out that the cnc machine left and take out a nasty ridge that the exhaust side has on all of them. I think that these heads combined with my stealth ram, 10.2:1 comp and my comp cam 224-230 530-540 cam I should get my mid 12s and then who knows with the 150-200 shot.....

Next time flow the heads with the intake bolted up. That will tell if the intake is restricting flow or not.

I flowed my intake already "holley stealth ram" . It flowed 350cfm. I doubt the intake will be much of a restriction.....Plus the intake and heads were port matched to each other....
