Need a custom chip or not?

Engine is 350(.040 over) w/ flattops(aprox. 9:1 or - )
Cam is a summit brand 214/224 duration and i believe .442/.469
Heads are stock 76cc 882's
Rearend gears(2.41)

Transmission: THM 350

Vehicle: 1983 Cutlass

Switching from carb to TPI in this vehicle sometime soon. I know I will need to disable emission things in the chip, but am I going to have to change the fuel or timing maps? Thats my main concern. I just want to be able to get the car running and then tune for fuel milage/performance once its mobile.

Thanks

Based on the info you supplied a standard prom should work fine with the VATS disabled.
