1.75 inches. how about the manifold openings, are they the same? you got a pretty good deal on that according to the price you posted in the other thread. what are your plans for that system?

First give some info to the family..LOL!

We also got a Accel Super Ram and a Viper V10 Syst is in works......weīll show pics with the units side by side!

over here buying race/aftermarket parts is a snap when you have some background ...(our club libary now needs two full rooms)...the unit run on a Camaro...owner sold the car and unit cause he didnīt know s...about inject syst. !
he called our club everyday 2 years ago and we finally blocked him!
2 years later i got a call from a fellow drag racer knowing i was always into injetion setups and he told me that the FIRST setup is now with a guy selling jeep parts...also a person not knowing stuff...fixed the price and smiled!

Someone with the original instructions and boxes????

Other boards seem to run harder on the inj topic!

The Viper syst. with twin runners is still our favorite!
GM did that on the ZL1 Big Block ......anybody withe some inject deep info on that ZL1 intake and runner set up???

the 2 runner short setup with 2 Tb must be a real knock out!!??

yeah that would be pretty cool to have an intake like the vipers setup. that would be bad a_s to pop your hood and have a twin throttle body setup with seperated runners. which ZL1 are you talking about that has that? the ZL1s im thinking of were carb...

Hello

no, the ZL - 1 i am talking about is the black 1993 4 thgen , Z28 that was moded by GM !
Again John Moss is the man behind that Monster!
The first report i could find real "quick " in our libary was way back in october 93 issue of Chevy high performance!
The lower pics are out of it!

Well Ferrari is using that setup (twin plenums/TBīs) and other high buck cars too!
The way Moss did it on that Big Block Zl-1 is again US Style:easy ,grab into the old GM and Us performance box and mod a set up.."cheap"! I guess if Benz or Brabus would do that they probably invite NASA to do it!Hahahaa

............TDM fabricated the intake manifold starting with a base that was made from an old cross-ram style aluminium manifold.Bosses for the MSD 50lb/hr injectors were drilled, then two custom plenums and a crossover tube were fabricated for the top and matched to a pair of LT1 throttel bodies.Mating the intake to the tall deck long block required Weiand spacers and Mr. Gasket gaskets.Fuel is delivered via an 80 gallon/hr SX performance fuel pump, pressure regulator and filter.the 3-inch tubular air intake systhem was hand fabricated and holds K+N filter elements at each end......................(stolen from that mag!)

someone running a FIRST?
someone seen the LS1 Com intake from a guy from sweden???MOnster!
Any news about the Acel carbon SR unit being done by a third genner????

Yes, Jim is right the "whole" car was revamped!

Sorry to say that: but why is GM always going backwards???
why not put a LS6 in there and show the fans out there what can be done!!

Pagani a Tuner did so : took a benz V8 new type and build a car around it!
Evenso this is not a German car (spagetti,modena...LOL) Benz showed it on last week end Monster enginge plant show!
Pics below!

Hi Formul8!

Lucky you...!ANY PICSS OF THAT NEW "MoNSTER"?????

Need to wait till next year .......!

Well i got mine thru lots of luck and a saler who didnīt know sh...!

I just got a email from the owner of the Vette Website postet in
the original F.I.R.S.T thread and he wrote that some people mailed him, owning one??!!

Try ebay maybe you are lucky!

The systhem i got was discribed as: " a TPI unit " ! So do search for :
rare TPI , or early TPI or Race TPI maybe you have more luck then!

But in every country a fool wakes up and sells stuff!

Take care to crab everything that comes with the kit!

the 1,75 is the same on the intake as on the runners!

Plans with such a "Alpha" unit?? Really donīt know yet!
were are in full works on our club monster and winter is coming up here!

But i promise not to put it on US ebay!!!!HAHAAA

[i]Any news about the Acel carbon SR unit being done by a third genner???
Im the guy doing the Carbon/Kevlar SuperRam Setup.

only thing I have left to do is do the top plate to box bolt holes.and Tb to plenum ones.

dono if Im gona use some kind of inserts or what yet. That projects on the back burner right now. Im doing dual 3 1/2 inch oval exaust with a x pipe and spintech muff's. along with fiberglass fenders and hood right now.
Drop me a e-mail at Chris@cecoatings.com if you like more info.
