what cam with aluminum l98 heads?

not that i'll be doing this anytime soon, but once i get a job, maybe by the end of the summer i'll be looking into some aluminum vette heads. i was just wondering, what kind of cam would work best with those?

i did a search and didn't find anything....

The LPE 211 cam, ground on a 112 CL with .503&.525 lift and 211/119 duration, would be perfect for these heads if you keep the TPI setup and have an auto trans. The ZZ4 cam would also work well, it just doesn't have as much lift. I'm sure there are some great Comp Cams with similar specs as the two mentioned that would work fine also. Even if you do a mild port/polish job on the vette heads I wouldn't go with much more duration unless you do some serious headwork, eg. larger valves, 3-angle valve job, and major porting. I know these heads, mildly ported, don't like a lot of cam from experience. Even my current setup with the LT-4 hot cam was a little too much as far as what the heads worked well with. I would be much faster with the hot cam if I had a stick and a lot more gear.
