Please help...
I have an 88 GTA with a TPI for up front info.
Here is the problem:
It starts and immediately dies sometimes. If you give it a little gas when you hear it fire and stay on the gas it runs, but as soon as you let off, it dies. It doesn't sound like it's missing, so I assume it's fuel related, but I wanted to know if someone could point me in a more specific area.
Oh yeah, I pt the little chip in it to see if I had any codes, but came out clean. Thanks in advance!!

First thing to check is fuel pressure on the passenger side fuel rail. Should be in the 40 PSI range. Could be bad fuel pump or as simple as a dirty fuel filter. Let us know the outcome.
