Is it possible to change injectors without removing the superram plenum?

any tips or hints?

No, at least i've never heard of it. Even if it was doable, it would still probably be just as much of a pita as just popping the plenum.

Eds' right. Absolutely no way. You have to take the fuel rail off in order to remove the injectors. Can't take the fuel rail off with out removing that big *** plenum.

Sorry guy, plenum has to come off. Yank the plenum and then split the fuel rail in half by unscrewing the torx bolts holding the crossover tubes in place. This will at least let you remove and install the fuel rails without having to remove the runners.

Oh and when you go to put the fuel rails back together coat the o-rings with oil so that it'll slide together easy.

I suspected that......Car is in a winter storage now, probalby need some more tools and a picnic bag with me
