Good News and Bad News
Well I got good news and bad news, I'll give you the bad news first.
Fixing Code 33 didnt fix my intermittent starting problem.
Good News: I might have found the problem now.
When it doesnt start, I can unplug my coolant temp sensor and start it up no problem. Its a new CTS in a remote thermostat housing and my computer isnt throwing any codes.
Is the new CTS bad?

I'd guess i read this board as much as pretty much anybody. And you know what. I have no idea what your intermittent starting problem is.

To double check your CTS, get ahold of a new one (again) and plug it into the harness before actually installing it into the remote coolant line. If it starts, go ahead and install the new new sensor and throw the old new sensor away or return it as an out of box failure to whomever you got it from.
FYI, I'm following your saga...

OK, to be a little more helpful on my part , if you do some searching, Vader has posted a table a few times that shows the resisance of the CTS across the operating range. You could use that to check to see if it is working OK too.

Another thing that may help is it seems to only do it if it is warmed up then run for a second and turned off, like if I come home, start it, move it across the driveway, and stop it, then try and start it again within an hour or two.
but like stated above, I have found out if I unplug my CTS it starts up.

Do you have a scan tool? Diacom/Moates?
With the changes you've done to the motor, could be a tuning issue. Have you tried holding the gas pedal down all the way and then crank when it won't start?
Try that
With the CTS unplugged the ecm is seeming a 255d(or whatever the highest number is), which could be dumping less or more fuel or possibly be changing the cranking pulsewidth and lets the car start.
Just a thought.

Today it wouldnt start, I swapped in the new CTS and just hung it there to see if it would start, it fired rite up. So Im figuring thats what it is.
Now I just have to put it into my remote T-stat housing in place of the old one.
