dataloging and analyzing

Here we go, im new to this site, but ive already jumped into prom tuning. ive got a laptop, moates software, akm cable, turnercat, moates adapter, and spare proms.
I use the laptop just to datalog the car and i use the home pc to do everything else. the laptop is running in dos 6.2 and i copy the datalogs onto a floppy disk to use on the home pc to analyze the data. thats where the prob comes into play. i cant seem to get the data off the floppy and onto the home pc into the right program to analyze it. i dont have excel, and i dont know if i need it?
what are my options as to what i can do to be able to get the data from the car and to be able to see what im getting? am i looking at this hole scanning thing wrong? really confused here, so anything will help. my moates software seems to be working properly and i am very excited to be able to try out turner to do some changing on the proms. please help. thanks jamy fixed

Knock off all the !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's kinda obnoxious.

Any spreadsheet software will work to open, sort, graph, and otherwise make the CSV data files useful. Try www.openoffice.org for a freeware package that works fine.
