Trickflow heads
Anybody have experience with these? What is the main difference between their 23º heads and their G2 Twisted Wedge heads?
How do they compare to Edelbrock Performers?

Specs? Well 64 CC 195's D port Exhaust, centerbolt ones with heat crossovers. I have the upgraded springs for up to .540 Lift. I run standard Comp Pro Mag 1.6 rockers. NSA ones. Cam is 218/224 .495/.503 (with 1.5's) and 112 LSA

Depending on how big your cam is, will depend on what pistons you need with the G1/G2 heads. Because of the "canted" or "twisted" design of the valves, valve-piston interferance needs to be taken seriously. If you want to run over .500" of camshaft lift, you need to get pistons that will clear the valves. I used dished pistons w/ 4VR for use w/ my ZZ4 camshaft, but TFS makes domed pistons that will work. I would reccomend the 23° heads over the G1/G2 series. Because of the "twisted" valve design, they are prone to pre-mature valve guide failure (especially on the G1 heads).
