I don't your IAC counts are correct. Should be around 30 at idle.

The other numbers seem ok to me but I am no expert. Does your car idle ok? If your IAC is not working your idle will surge and not be able to hold a steady rpm. I don't understand how your IAC counts can be 0. Scan the data again and watch the counts and see what happens.

Low IAC counts could theoretically make your idle surge a bit since the ECM basically has little control of your idle. If those readings are right, what that means is your min air is set too high. and the IAC doesn;t need to open to maintain your 775 commanded idle speed.

Are you sure you set the min air right? If you did, then your idle with 0 IAC counts should be exactly what you set min air at. After all, thats exactly what setting min air is for, setting the closed IAC idle speed.

Other than that, i don't know what to tell you. It doesn't sound like you're describing a serious problem, just some minor driveability symptom. That kind of thing is almost impossible to troubleshoot without actually seeing the car.

Since you have a scan tool on it now, what you need to do is figure out what is happening while it is surging. Does the injector pulse width or timing jump around sigificantly, knock retard, O2 sensor get lazy, etc.

I acedentally pulled off a vaccum line the last time I was under the hood. I put it back on and it was all good. I have no Idea why the counts were so low on that I went and hoooked it up today and the counts were at like 40 for the IAC steps. but its all good now all I have to do is find the miss that never goes away. guess ill try another set of plugs.
