my motors just bout dead so i ordered a gm performance parts zz short block i'm goin to be using a CC 306 cam most likely and holley stealth ram please help me pick out some heads for this combo i want what everyone wants tons of power and gobs of tork i like the AFR 190 street heads but there TONS of cash HELP!?!?!

 

actually i'm thinkin of goin wit GM's fast burn vortech heads and hot cam but the tpi nor stealth ram won't work wit vortech heads right what u guys think

I'm in pretty much the same boat as you are right now...just going with a more mild cam. I'm either going with a set of ported Sportsman IIs or Pro Lightning heads. The Pro heads are excellent for the price and I am only considering the Sportsman IIs over them because I know someone that has them and wants to sell them for cheap. Good luck

 

where can i find the pro lighting heads

 

I went with the pro topline heads, the 200cc runners. I am running the stealth ram and a comp xe cam, 224/230 with the same short block. Should have the motor running in two weeks.
