the cam choices i have been looking at are pretty close and i have a deal on this one, and i would like a very lopey if not choppy cam...

-holley stealth ram
-AFR 195s heads
- Hydro rev (springs are up in the air right now give some idea's)
- S10 stall (mainly because I have one)
- 36lb SVO low injectors (main because I have them)
and the mods in sig

after mods i will get a video clip on the idle lopeyness, but i would really like to hear some sound clips of your babies, and cam specs, EFI would be nice but i don't mind and others, ..


any one with this cam CHIM in please your opionion would be apprecaited....

PS i am searching, and searching the forums, but the sound clips are so far apart and weak, this tread is needed for anyone else that would like to hear some cams before the waste some money on a cheesey one....

Matt87GTA has probably THE nicest thirdgen firebird I've ever seen.

 

If you give me a few days I should be able to get some video clips of mine. I'm in the middle of swapping in a Comp Cams XE 230/236 112 LSA and Holley Stealth Ram. I already got my old LPE 219 cam out. Seems not too many people here are running this cam, but if you go to the LT1 forum on camaroz28.com you'll find more people are running this cam...you should be able to find sound clips. I imagine it would sound the same as the CC306 cam, which a lot of LT1 guys have. It shouldn't be too hard to find sound clips of those.

 

i have been looking at Cameroz28 for a while and the have 6000 post on the LT4 and the 282hr,,, i would like a little closer decusion on the subject of my setup... i would spend way to much time on wasted treads there,

your sound clip would be great i will look for it.

thirdgen seems to be a much more focused site the cameroZ, i like this site much more
