LT1 int prob?

I have 89 iroc i did the LT1 swap about 3 years ago got evrey thing to work right dist.,therm.,extra,extra got it runing car went 12.9 then is started checking plugs and i found that the whole right side looked ok but the left side was real lean.what gives? so i took the Lt1 of whent back to the tpi. then it hit me batch fire verse seqintal fire on the stock tpi fuel rail it is conected on the back the lt1 isint i think what is happining is that its dumping all the fuel on right side first becuase the way the fuel runs on the Lt1 fuel rail. and the way the stock inj.fire batch fire one side at a time. i think if i put a line in the back of lt1 fuel rail it woud solve prob dont know for sure havent tried it yet i was reading postes on Lt1 swap and no one says anthing about this any one that has done this swap let me know if u have some prob with plugs thx

Minor correction though. Contrary to folklore, TPI fires all 8 injectors at the same time.

3 years ago huh? Post some pictures please, I'd be very interested in how close I came in my design when i did my prototype 1 1/2 years ago.
At least describe your swap for me. I'm all ears.

ya 3 years ago.well a budy of mine got a complete lt1 out of wreck't camaro he put the long block in 70 nova with a reg.int and carb. so we had the lt1 int laing around and i just wanted 2 see if it could be done.sory no pics. as 4 what i did to make it work prety much what u did (checked out the site)only dif i did was i welded the dist. bung 2 the intake and i also welded all 4 corners of the intake. i also drilled all 4 corners 4 water though i only used front 2.just wasent sure if there yould be heat prob.ran my fuel lines a little dif i used the stock conectors at the front and then ran them betwen valve cover and int.to the back.i used the offenhoser remote therm.housing put it where u did but i put it upright i think yours was on its side.i think that prety much covers it . well did u have any prob as 2 what i discribed any thought on what it could be i dont think it is my fuel pump it s a new one holey 255gl any idea?thanks.
