If your gonna stay with the LTR on the 350 the only thing I would change would be the heads and cam. I would use vortecs with the scoggin intake (skip slp runners) and the lpe 211 cam or somthing similar.

i do plan on staying with the LTr setu at first on the 350. and i want to use the same heads from the 305 to the 350. so thats why i'm leaning towards the ported vette heads. and about the cam. in the 350 i will mostrly be using the LT4 hot cam

Use the vette heads, and LT4 cam. Do the suspension and the exhaust.
DO NOT do the underdrive pulleys. Do a <a href="search.php?s="><img src="images/top_search.gif" alt="Search" border="0"></a> on underdrive pulleys, more pain and problems than they are worth.
You could go for an intake too, and that would help out the LT4 cam. Do you need to worry about emmissions? If not, contact John Millican at www.sethirdgen.org, and get an LT1 intake for your car. More than half the price that TPIS or Lingenfelter charges for thier intakes.

oh and why shouldn't i use pulleys. i've done many serachs and heard many opions on them.
what i've found is
that the guys who go buy the cheap pulley are are allways replacin belts and jumpin there car.
the guys who buy the kit never really have a problem
