Are you talking about the Stealth ram? If so, some were drilled and some were not. If you order now, the newest lowers have been drilled for both.
The holes will accomodate the bolt angle, but the face angle won't...Weiand sells a wedge thingy that gives the bolt a flat surface to torque against. Check w/ Holley tech support (Holley owns Weiand).

I got my spacers from Summit for $50.
Im not sure what the part number was, but I typed 'bolt spacers' in their product search on their site and it brought up the part. The bolts that come with the spacers will not work, they arent the correct size, so be prepared to buy some different bolts as well.

If you use the HSR on '87+ angled heads you will need the wedges. You won't have to modify the HSR, just add the wedges.

I have this same problem. I put my HSR in today and found out I need some angled wedges. I did put the bolts in anyway to torgue the intake down to make sure it was lined up. What will happen if I dont get those wedges. Will the holes leak oil of something?
